The Riga Performance Art Festival “Starptelpa” is a significant event on the international art scene, annually bringing together experienced and internationally recognized artists, curators, and scholars in Riga, while also giving a special platform to emerging and promising talents in performance art. The festival is now in its seventh year and is the most ambitious of its kind in the Baltic States.
This year’s theme is “More Than Human”, which centers on the interaction between humans, nature, and the material world.
On May 30, at K.K. fon Stricka Villa, audiences will have the opportunity to witness fifteen performances by artists from Latvia and abroad.

The festival is organized by the Latvian Centre for Performance Art – a non-governmental organization that develops performance art in Latvia through organizing artistic, educational, and cultural events, as well as conducting academic research.

- Students – 50% discount (€5.00)
- Free admission for pensioners and children/youth under 18 (children must be accompanied by a parent)
